Take on the role of 1 of 4 Mad Scientists and create your Monster Champion by smashing together 2 out of 24 fantastical creatures.

Mint-Tin Monster Mash-Up combines dice, tactics, timing, and deceit into a portable dueling game that’s easy to learn and plays in 15 minutes!

How to Play: Brief Overview

Players select a Mad Scientist and then draw 3 Monster Cards. Create your Monster by combining any Head with any Tail.

The combination will set the Monster’s Stats: Health, Intelligence, Special Attack, and Speed.

It will also create a unique “If-Then” power. When the conditions on the Head Card are met, the power on the Tail may be activated that round.

Roll 2 D6s for your Attack. Spend Energy to re-roll and use your Monster and Mad Scientist Powers to modify your or your opponent’s results.

Then, move to the Boost Phase

On the count of 3, each player reveals a hand signal…

0-5 fingers: Boost. Spend that amount of energy to increase your Attack by that amount.

Fist: Defend. Gain Energy back equal to your Monster’s Intelligence. Lose the round and reduce your Damage by half.

Pound the Table: Panic Button. Force both players to re-roll their Attack Dice. But be careful! If your opponent Defended, you lose automatically!

  • 2 new Mad Scientists: Dr. Evolve can re-make her monster mid-battle, while Dr. Time can pull off big swings in the Boost Phase by predicting his opponent's signal.

  • New Automa:  Dr. Fission is able to resurrect his creatures once per battle!  Good luck!

  • Updated Dr. Chaos: The most playtesting you'll ever get is after your game releases!  It's become apparent that Dr. Chaos was a little underpowered.  This new version corrects that and is meant to replace your current Dr. Chaos.

  • 10 Arena Cards: These mini cards have fronts and backs like the monsters do and combine to create unique conditions every round!

Each round, the Arena Evolves!

  • Each round, the top card of the Arena stack is flipped and added to the right side to create a new Arena combo.  

  • If players meet the "If" condition, they place their Arena Tracker on the Arena.  

  • They can spend it that round to activate the Arena's "then" effect.
