The Designer: Galen

Hi, I’m Galen. I live in Syracuse, NY with my wife, 2 daughters, dog, Gemma, and cat, Cinderella. I started designing a solo game back in February of 2019. I started with sticky notes on playing cards, then moved on to “designing” cards in Power Point.
Following the brith of my second daughter, I started listening to the Board Game Design Lab Podcast and connected with the Facebook Group from there. Fast forward to today and I have about 12-14 games in various states of design, my first game in the pipeline to be published (First Hunt), and my game, Super Snipers, is a finalist for the 2021 Cardboard Edison Award (results in June 2021!).
